I'm assuming this is a wrap issue of some kind? It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it'll manifest in the background on the starfield. Typically what happens is at times when a mission loads, you will get a reticle or other thumbnail images showing up from the Textures folder found in the Assets main folder.
